10:10 p.m.: About 9,800 customers remain without power after power lines went down on the roadway near US 270 near Quebec Street.
9:48 p.m.: US 270 is closed both directions from Quebec Street to Vasquez Blvd. due to power lines down on the roadway, according to an Adams County dispatcher. Xcel Energy reports more than 1,000 customers are without power in the area of US 270 and Brighton Blvd.
