11:55 a.m.: Westbound I-70 has since reopened after the emergency repair work.
11:21 a.m.: Westbound Interstate 70 is closed at the Eisenhower Tunnel (mile marker 215) for emergency roadwork, according to CDOT. U.S. 6 and Loveland Pass is the alternate route but there is also roadwork on that highway.
