8:52 p.m.: Wellington Fire Department officials say a the driver of a vehicle that hit a fire engine on I-25 north of Wellington died. "All firefighters are safe and were not injured in the crash."
(1/2) Earlier this evening while responding to incident on I-25, WFPD Engine 1 was struck by another vehicle going north bound on I-25 at MM283. All firefighters are safe and uninjured. There is currently no information on the condition of the driver of the vehicle.
7:44 p.m.: The City of Aurora is now on accident alert.
6:53 p.m.: The City of Boulder is now under accident alert due to inclement weather. Police ask that drivers involved in non-injury crashes exchange info. and report to police later.
8:14 a.m.: Firefighters say one person was taken to the hospital following the fire on Washington St., which was contained to one unit.
Fifteen units, 33 firefighters at the apartment fire at 8100 block of Washington St. Contained to one unit. Most of fire knocked down at approximately 7:37 a.m. One person transported to local hospital lights and sirens.
