From the Denver7 news desk: Breaking and developing news on Feb. 8, 2018

3:05 p.m.: The Denver Police Department will be conducting a training exercise at City Park Golf Course Clubhouse from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Multiple police vehicles could be spotted in the area. 

3:00 p.m.: An Xcel media relations spokesperson says power has been restored to more than 30,000 customers in the metro. 

2:48 p.m: Power has been restored back to the C & D line trains, RTD officials say. 

2:37 p.m.: A power outage is impacting 30,000 customers in Denver, Lakewood and Englewood, per an Xcel Media Relations spokesperson. The power outage started before 2 p.m. Officials are calling it a "transmission-related issue." 

2:32 p.m.: RTD officials say C & D line trains may experience delays of 10 to 15 minutes due to the power issues near the Oxford Station. 

6:59 a.m.: All lanes of southbound Santa Fe are now open.

6:36 a.m.: Update: SB Santa Fe remains closed as police investigate.

6:04 a.m.: Soutbound Santa Fe is back open.

6:02 a.m.: A portion of southbound Santa Fe Drive is closed at Belleview as police conduct a shooting investigation.
