8:15 p.m.: One person has been taken to a hospital following a shooting in the area of Highway 85 and Bridge St. in Brighton. No suspect information is available at this time.

7:41 p.m.: The Colorado State Patrol in Adams County is investigating a fatal crash on E. 88th Ave. at E. 89th Way. Westbound E. 88th Ave. is shut down, but traffic is getting by. They're asking drivers to please avoid the area and allow first responders to investigate the scene.
