6:27 a.m. — Authorities are investigating an early morning crash that left a motorcyclist dead Monday.
Denver police responded to a fatal motorcycle crash at 48th Avenue and Race Street in north Denver Monday early morning. The intersection was closed while authorities investigated what led to the crash.
