9:20 a.m. — The Denver Police Department is investigating an outdoor death on the 3900 block of W. Cedar. Police said it does not appear criminal in nature as of now. The person found was an adult male.

12:30 a.m. — The San Miguel Sheriff's Office says they worked to locate a female hiker with a leg injury who was several miles up on the Sneffels Highland trail, which is outside of Telluride. The woman and her hiking partner are experienced hikers, but neither were prepared for the backcountry and they did not have the proper gear, food, lighting or supplies. The woman was transported to a hospital via helicopter.
