DENVER -- Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Denver's Civic Center Park transforms into a mobile cafeteria on wheels.

Between hundreds and thousands come for lunch each day to enjoy the dozens of food trucks which compete for business.

Truck owners each do their best to distinguish their food trucks from the competition, offering unique food and painting their trucks in interesting colors.
