ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – An Englewood 3rd grader is competing to help a school in Houston following the devastation left behind by Hurricane Harvey – but they need your help to win.
Colby Stein is part of a team who was tasked with a service project and then had to create a play about what they did.
In the play, Stein plays our very own First Alert Weather Chief Meteorologist Mike Nelson as he provides a weather forecast for the day.
Stein and the rest of the team are now heading to the global finals for this competition and their service project.
