DENVER — Candy hearts might be tough to come by this Valentine’s Day but you can still send edible sweet nothings to a loved one thanks to Voodoo Doughnut.
The Colfax Ave. doughnut shop known for its cheeky offerings and unique flavor combinations is selling a line of limited-edition Valentine’s Day pastries.
In addition to heart-shaped, cream-filled doughnuts with messages like “Eat Me” and “Be Mine,” Voodoo is selling the “Rocky Road of Love,” a raised doughnut with chocolate frosting, chocolate cereal, marshmallows and peanuts, and a plain cake doughnut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.
The Valentine’s Day doughnuts will be on sale from Feb. 14 through Feb. 17.
