DENVER – Moms who are nursing have three new spots to do so in privacy while traveling through Denver International Airport.

The airport just opened three new nursing rooms on the A, B and C concourses.

Each room offers a quiet, private spot for moms to nurse or pump. They also include changing stations, sinks, mirrors and seating for the rest of the family.

“We have been working to better meet the needs of our passengers and that includes offerings for nursing mothers on the go,” said airport CEO Kim Day. “The rooms, located on each concourse, will provide a quiet, clean and comfortable location for mothers to utilize before or after their flight.”

The nursing rooms are situated in the following locations:

  • Concourse A: Center of the concourse, near the women’s restroom closest to Denver Duty Free
  • Concourse B: Center of the concourse, near the women’s restroom closest to Tuleh Ruche
  • Concourse C: Center of the concourse, near the women’s restroom closest to Einstein Bros. Bagels

For privacy and security, the rooms require a passcode to get in. Moms can use an intercom next to the door to get the code from airport staff.
