Colorado Springs police looking for two suspects accused of stabbing man in fight

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Police are looking for two men accused of stabbing and severely injuring another man on South Nevada Avenue Thursday night.

The stabbing happened just before 10 p.m. in the 1400 block of S. Nevada. Officers arrived to the scene to find a man bleeding heavily from a stab wound on his upper left arm.

Police say the man underwent surgery at a local hospital for his wound.

CSPD says the victim was involved in a fight with the two suspects when he was stabbed.

The two suspects fled the scene. Police described them both as black men.

One of them is described as being in his 40s, between 6 feet and 6-foot-2 inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a camouflage jacket at the time.

The other suspect is in his 30s, was wearing dark clothing, and is between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10, with a stocky build, police said.
