COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Colorado’s second-biggest city is also the second-best place in the country for veterans to call home, according to a new ranking from WalletHub.

The list, out Monday, puts Colorado Springs behind Austin, Texas.

Colorado Springs’ high ranking isn’t much of a surprise since the city has a high population of service members, is home to the U.S. Air Force Academy and NORAD and is in close proximity to other military sites.

WalletHub’s analysis included things like military-related jobs, veteran unemployment rates, housing affordability, veteran homelessness and the number and quality of VA facilities, among other factors.

Here are the top 10 cities for veterans, according to WalletHub:

1.    Austin, TX
2.    Colorado Springs, CO
3.    Virginia Beach, VA
4.    Raleigh, NC
5.    Plano, TX
6.    Tampa, FL
7.    Fremont, CA
8.    Seattle, WA
9.    San Diego, CA
10.    Boise, ID

Colorado Springs wasn’t the only Colorado city to make the list. Denver came in at number 27 and Aurora was ranked 36th.
