Police have arrested a man suspected of killing his younger brother and leaving his body in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Colorado Springs.
The Gazette reports (http://goo.gl/Vylzrw ) 56-year-old Keith Caperton was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of manslaughter in the death of 54-year-old Kevin Caperton, who investigators say died of a "lacerated neck artery due to being restrained."
The body was found Sunday morning in the parking lot of Newport Square Apartment Homes on the city's northeast side. No other details about the death or a possible motive have been released.
Booking documents do not indicate if Keith Caperton has hired an attorney.
