DENVER — The Central 70 Project team is inviting job seekers to attend its first-ever hiring fair on Saturday.

The hiring fair will begin at 11 a.m. and run until 1 p.m. at the Colorado Department of Transportation’s Neighborhood Training Center, 3600 E. 46 Ave., Denver.

Kiewit Infrastructure, local signatory unions, subcontractors and WORKNOW, which is an alliance of organizations that integrate construction industry job training and community resources, will welcome those interested to learn more about the high-paying jobs available in the construction industry.

Guests are encouraged to bring their resumes.

Food trucks will be onsite and free shuttles are available from the 40th/Colorado RTD station every 30 minutes.

Families are welcome to attend. A supervised children’s activity area will be available.

The Central 70 Project is reconstructing a 10-mile stretch of I-70, adding one new express land in each direction and removing the 54-year-old viaduct. More information on the project is available here.
