BOULDER, Colo — The city of Boulder is considering long-term homelessness solutions and strategies on Tuesday night. The Boulder City Council will hear recommendations from the Homelessness Working Group at the city council meeting.

The plans offer long-term strategies to get people off the streets and into treatment or programs that fit their needs. The goal is to provide new locations for assessment in order to determine if someone needs direction back into attainable housing options or if they need full housing and employment assistance through a shelter or center.

Boulder Bridge House offers multiple services for those facing homelessness in Boulder County. One of those services is Ready To Work; an example of what the city of Boulder is considering implementing more of.
