Both directions of U.S. Highway 6 were closed after a semi rolled over Monday morning in Clear Creek Canyon. The westbound lanes reopened around 11:22 a.m.
The closure runs between Highway 119 and Highway 58.
Trooper Josh Lewis said the report of a crash came in at 10:26 a.m. The driver had minor injuries.
There was some oil or fuel leaking onto the roadway, Lewis said.
As of 11 a.m., it was unknown when the road would reopen.

They are containing the fuel spill and have called for a heavy tow to come get the truck. The driver did have minor injuries. I don't know if the truck was loaded with gravel (typical) or something else that was dumped into Clear Creek. I-70 is the alternate. pic.twitter.com/KRW7MYAHiQ
