BERTHOUD, Colo. – Berthoud High School was evacuated on Friday as authorities investigated a bomb threat at the building, but nothing suspicious was found.
Students were moved to Ivy Stockwell Elementary, where they could be picked up by their parents. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office responded to the threat and searched the building.

LCSO has responded to investigate a threat at Berthoud High School. As a precaution, the school has been evacuated, and students have been moved to Ivy Stockwell Elementary or sent home. Parents can pick up at Ivy Stockwell (175 S 5th St, Berthoud, CO 80513).

Earlier this week, Niwot High School in Boulder County was evacuated after reports of a bomb threat. It wasn't known if the threat was credible, but the school was evacuated out of an abundance of caution, officials said.
