AURORA, Colo. — Weeks after police requested help in identifying the body of a young woman dumped in Clear Creek County, they're now searching for a suspected murderer.
Police, with the help of the public through dozens of credible tips, identified the body as that of Queen Ashby, 20, of Aurora.
Now, Aurora Police are working with the Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation to locate Shawrea Butler, 21, who is suspected of killing Ashby.
Police say Butler has been charged with first-degree murder, but police have yet to locate him. Anybody with tips on his location are asked to call police at (720) 913-7867.
