AURORA, Colo. — Aurora police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead on Wednesday.
Shortly after midnight on Wednesday, officers with the Aurora Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Kingston Street on a report of a shooting.
When they arrived at the scene, they found a male lying on the sidewalk. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died. He will be identified by the Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office.
The police department’s major crimes/homicide unit is investigating the circumstances around the person’s death.
