AURORA, Colo. – Police say they’re investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a bicycle Thursday morning.
The crash occurred at East Smith Road and Tower Road at about 6:45 a.m. Officers have not identified who was killed and it wasn’t immediately clear if there were any other injuries.
Aerial footage from the scene showed an SUV with a hole in its windshield.
Drivers in the area should find a different route as traffic is expected to be effected “for some time,” police said.
