LONGMONT, Colo. — Authorities in Longmont are looking for an at-risk adult after he left a hospital and drove away.

On Sunday at 10:21 p.m., Glenn Farwell, 72, drove away from Longs Peak Hospital on E. Ken Pratt Boulevard, according to the Longmont Department of Public Safety.

Farwell has Alzheimer’s disease and is insulin-dependent, and he doesn’t have his medication or cell phone with him.

His wife said she does not know where he may go, and he has no friends or family in the Longmont area.

Farwell is a white man, about 6 feet tall and weighs about 285 pounds. He has a gray beard and hair.

He was last seen wearing an orange, hooded coat and red plaid pants. He was driving an electric blue 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser with Colorado license plate number YOX268.

Anybody who sees the car or Farwall is encouraged to call Det. M. Cooper at 303-651-8570.
