DENVER – A company that runs senior living communities in the Denver metro area is holding classes to teach its residents about using medical marijuana.
Balfour Senior Living is holding several 45-minute classes titled ‘Cannabis 101.’ The courses are open to the public and Balfour residents alike.
The first course took place on Aug. 8 and the next course is being held Friday afternoon, Aug. 18, at 3 p.m. at Balfour at Riverfront Park, 1500 Little Raven St. in Denver.
There will be two more sessions in the coming weeks: Aug. 23 at 3:30 p.m. at The Villa at Balfour in Louisville and Sept. 15 at 4 p.m. at Balfour Stapleton.
