DENVER – An Air Canada flight on its way to Toronto was forced to land at Denver International Airport Monday due to a passenger disturbance onboard, airport officials say.

Air Canada Flight 758 took off from San Francisco International Airport Monday morning. While over the state of Wyoming, the Airbus A320 appears to turn toward Denver, where it eventually landed safely at 10:18 a.m., according to Flight Aware.

Denver International Airport officials couldn’t comment on the specifics of the disturbance but said agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation were involved in the matter.

The flight took off from Denver around noon and landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport sometime later.

No other details were immediately available.
