DENVER — A man accused of sexually abusing at least three juvenile boys in Pennsylvania and possessing thousands of images of child pornography may have other victims in Colorado.

Robert Dean Caesar, 55, was arrested Jan. 12 in Pennsylvania after state police received a tip he was purchasing used boys’ underwear and bathing suits through eBay.

Shortly after that, investigators learned of at least three separate cases in which Caesar allegedly sexually abused three juvenile males in the state between 2015 and 2017.

According to a statement from the Pennsylvania State Police, investigators also found more than 100,000 pornographic photographs and videos of children.

Authorities say they have reason to believe there are other victims in Pennsylvania and other locations in the country.

Investigators learned that he previously resided within several locations in Colorado and Florida.

The public is being asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police at 1-800-4PA-TIPS or 1-800-472-8477 with any information relating to victims and other incidents with Robert Caesar.
