'A Night to Remember' beer festival celebrates lives of Aurora movie theater shooting victims

DENVER - A special festival is being held in Denver Sunday to celebrate the lives of the victims killed in the Aurora movie theater shooting.

The "Night To Remember" beer festival is scheduled from 4 - 8 p.m. at Four Mile Historic Park on South Forest Street.

 

The event will feature beers form 29 breweries, food trucks, live music, custom t-shirts and a silent auction.

All proceeds go to the ACT Foundation - the Alexander C. Teves Foundation - benefiting the Humanex Academy.

Alex Teves was one of 12 people killed at the midnight premiere of "Batman:The Dark Knight Rises" on July 20, 2012. Seventy others were injured.
