DENVER -- Good morning! Here’s what you need to know today, Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

1. Austin bombing suspect dead

The suspect in a series of bombings in the Austin, Texas area is dead after he apparently set off explosives as SWAT team officers moved in to arrest him overnight.

2. Shake Shack's first Denver location opens
It’s official, Colorado: The state’s first Shake Shack location at 30th and Larimer Street in the River North Arts District will opens today.

3. Mauricio Venzor-Gonzalez still on the run
A Denver jail escapee has still on the loose. Mauricio Venzor-Gonzalez, 23, escaped from custody at Denver Health Medical Center Monday morning.

4. Warm Wednesday
highs will be in the low to mid 60s along with sunshine for the day. Winds will pick up by the afternoon (as the will for the next few afternoons~ especially Friday).

5. Cambridge Analytica fallout continues

Authorities in the U.S. and U.K. are expected to continue their probe into Cambridge Analytica and how it obtained and used the data of millions of Americans it obtained from Facebook. More about the company's work in Colorado could come to light a day after its work with the Senate Majority Fund was first exposed Tuesday by The Denver Post.
