1. Colorado DMV offices back online after shutdown
The Colorado Department of Revenue announced Monday evening that it had restored a system that allows it to issue drivers licenses, instruction permits and identification cards. The services were knocked offline Monday morning . The department said the problem was identified as a vendor issue.
2. Donthe Lucas in court
The man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend will be in court Tuesday. Donthe Lucas will appear in a Pueblo County courtroom for an arraignment hearing. He’s been charged with first-degree murder for the death of Kelsie Schelling, who disappeared in 2013 while in Pueblo. Her body has never been found.
3. A much cooler day Tuesday

4. KRDO news crew jumps out of way of "erratic driver"
While a news crew reported live from the scene of a fatal shooting Tuesday morning, a driver hit their news car and drove into the crime scene. We are relieved to learn the crew is OK. Watch the chilling video here .
5. 9-year-old student dies as a result of suicide
Psychologists and social workers from Denver Public Schools were on-hand at an elementary school Monday morning after a fourth-grade student died as a result of suicide late last week.
