GREELEY, Colo. — Divers pulled the bodies of three victims from a pond Monday morning after a tragic single car crash just before morning rush hour.

Officers say they rushed to the area of North 47th Ave. and O Street, where they located a vehicle in a pond at the bottom of an embankment.

Dive team members and the Greeley Fire Department helped pull victims from the water; a doctor pronounced the victims dead at the North Colorado Medical Center.

The three victims have been identified as men, but their identities have not yet been released.

Investigators say they believe the driver lost control while driving at a high speed, citing witness accounts.

Denver7 will update this story when the identities of the victims is made public.
