2-year-old girl from Aurora who went missing Wednesday found safe

Update on Nov. 21 at 8:56 p.m: Miracle has been found safe, Aurora police say.

The 2-year-old girl was found unharmed in northeast Denver. Police said she was found in her mom's orange Fiat, which authorities found through a collaboration with the FBI. It's unclear how long she had been in the car.

The girl was taken to a hospital to be checked out.

AURORA, Colo. – Authorities are searching for an 2-year-old girl from Aurora who reportedly went missing with her mother on Wednesday, police said.

Denver police found the mother on Thursday morning near East 4th Avenue and Leyden Street, but she was disoriented and unable to provide information about where her daughter, Miracle Adu, might be, according to police. The young girl's father reported her and her mother missing on Wednesday.

Miracle was last seen about 5 p.m. Wednesday with her mother, Tiffany Hardy, in the 2700 block of Gaylord Street in Denver, police said. She has purple and white braids and was last seen wearing a pink jacket, police said.

Hardy was driving an orange 2016 Fiat with the Colorado license plate VQJ195.

Anyone who see Miracle is asked to call 911.
