DENVER — Police in Denver are investigating an altercation that sent two people to the hospital in the Montbellow neighborhood Monday afternoon.
Police say shots were fired during the incident, but no one was struck.
It happened around noon near 51st Avenue and Wheeling Street.
Police initially said one person suffered gunshot wounds but later corrected that. They now say no one was shot.
Police are looking into what started the altercation.
