JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — Two men convicted of murder for the shooting death of a 26-year-old man was sentenced Thursday to life in prison.

Jordan Lemarinel, 28, and Kenneth Crise, 56, were sentenced to life in prison for shooting and killing Addison Stewart last year.

Stewart’s body was found May 1, 2017, in a parked SUV in the 11300 block of West Maplewood Drive in unincorporated Jefferson County.

His murder was over an unpaid drug debt, according to prosecutors.

They say Stewart was lured to 6232 S. Owens Court under the guise of a drug sale but was shot and killed upon entering the home’s garage.

After the victim was shot twice, prosecutors say his body was dragged out, loaded into his vehicle and then driven to Maplewood Drive, where neighbors made the gruesome discovery later that day.
