DENVER – Thirteen men are being charged with organized crime following an investigation and raid of a Hells Angels clubhouse in Denver earlier this month, the Denver District Attorney's Office announced on Friday.
Authorities had seized dozens of firearms, methamphetamine, cocaine, cash and passports in the raid, which also included tattoo shops in Englewood and Westminster and an auto shop in Englewood.
Some of the suspects were also charged with assault, kidnapping, robbery, theft and chop shop activity, though arrest warrants remained sealed and specific charges for each suspect weren't available. All of the suspects were charged with violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act, a second-degree felony.

Agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided the Denver-area locations on the morning of Nov. 7, serving nearly 20 search and arrest warrants. The Hells Angels clubhouse in the 3200 block of Navajo Street in Denver was raided, along with the Kool Kat Tattoo Shop on West Dartmouth Avenue in Englewood, the Uneekbilt auto shop on Raritan Circle in Englewood and the Tribal Rites tattoo shop on West 92nd in Westminster.
Twelve of the suspects were arrested at the time. Guardiola is the lone suspect who remains at large, according to the district attorney's office.
