DENVER – One person was killed in a three-car hit-and-run crash along Colfax Avenue in east Denver early Sunday morning, police said.
The wreck happened at the intersection of Colfax and Colorado Boulevard, police tweeted about 3:20 a.m. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another person was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
The suspect was last seen leaving the scene on foot, police said. More information about the wreck wasn't available Sunday morning.
