CHEYENNE COUNTY, Colo. — Colorado State Patrol is investigating a head-on crash Wednesday that left one person dead in Cheyenne County.
CSP said two commercial vehicles were driving in opposite directions along Highway 40 when they crashed head-on Wednesday evening.
One driver passed away and the other was seriously injured, CSP said.
The highway closed for an investigation and cleanup but has since reopened.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
No other information was available as of Thursday morning.
