Join 7NEWS At Thornton WinterFest

7NEWS is proud to be the official media sponsor of the 7th Annual Thornton WinterFest. As the City of Thornton's signature holiday event, Winterfest is one of the state's largest winter festivals and one of the only few free holiday events in town.

The City of Thornton's WinterFest is a unique experience for the whole family, attracting more than 20,000 people from all over the Denver metro area.

WinterFest transforms Thornton's Multipurpose Field into a magical Santa's Village, covering nearly 5 full acres with 425 holiday trees, 125,000 sparkling lights, a 4,000 square foot skating pond, an outdoor stage that hosts holiday entertainment performances, fire pits to keep guests cozy, a variety of food vendors and plenty of children's activities.
