DENVER – One person was killed following a two-vehicle crash in Thornton Friday afternoon, according to authorities.
The crash happened in the area of York Street near E-470 at around 7 p.m.
Another person was taken to the hospital, but the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
York Street was closed in both directions as police investigated what led to the crash.
