15-year-old Lakewood girl who went missing found safe in Denver

Update on Jan. 16 at 10:25 p.m: Hailey Morgan has been found safe by RTD officers in Denver, Lakewood police say.

LAKEWOOD, Colo. – A Lakewood girl with multiple medical conditions has gone missing and police are asking for your help to bring her home.

Hailey Marie Morgan was last seen in the area of s. Allison St. and W. Louisiana Ave. at 3:15 p.m., near Alameda High School, according to a news release from the police department.

Morgan was wearing a yellow jacket, black shirt, black pants and tennis shoes when she was last seen.

Morgan is 5-foot-1, weighs 205 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police said she is developmentally delayed, speaks with a stutter and has multiple medical conditions.

Additionally, police said the girl has family in the Aurora area and could possibly be headed that direction.
