Denver police are asking for the public's help to find three men who first solicited a woman for sex and when that didn't work, they kidnapped her.

The woman told police it happened in the middle of the afternoon on Valentine's Day.

The woman said a van pulled up to the corner of  E. Hampden Ave. and S. Yosemite St. and solicited her for sex.

"The victim refused and the suspects forcibly kidnapped the victim," Denver police said. "The victim was able to escape."

The men were driving a light blue, early-1990’s mini-van with lightly-tinted windows. The left side, sliding door had some damage.

The woman said the driver was a light-skinned, black man in his mid-to-late 30’s. The man had a shorter afro, was clean shaven and had a marijuana leaf nose stud.

The woman said both passengers were Hispanic men in their late 20s who were clean shaven. One man had “love” and “hate” tattooed on his knuckles and a tattoo on his left calf.

The other passenger had shoulder-length, curly hair and a spider web tattoo on his left cheek that led down to a spider on his neck.

If you recognize any of the men or saw the kidnapping on Valentine's Day, call Denver Metro Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP(7867).
