DENVER -- Tiffany, who did not want to be identified or show her face, says she was shoved to the ground and violently pushed aside while trying to deplane after a flight from New York to Denver a few weeks ago.

“He started pushing me,” she said about the man seated behind her who was trying to get off the plane.

“He ended up shoving me up about four rows and then pushing me aside into a row of seats where I hit my back on one of the arm rests,” she explained.

Tiffany did have a bump and a bruise but wasn’t seriously injured. The man and two others traveling with him ran off the plane into the airport terminal.

She told Denver Police the men screamed “I’ll kill you,” and “I will snap you.”

There isn’t any video of the incident, and Denver Police didn’t have any record of calls regarding the incident. Tiffany contacted police a few days later.

Denver7 contacted United Airlines about the alleged assault. They responded in a statement saying in part “We are aware of this concerning incident and the alleged offenders are currently banned from flying United.”

Denver Police says it is an ongoing investigation but no arrests have been made.
