A Denver bagel business that was burned out of its building at the beginning of the month reopened in a "pop-up shop" in RiNo Sunday morning.

Rosenberg's Bagels building was damaged by the May 2 fire, in which a person's body was found shot in an upstairs apartment closet . The business has been unable to operate since, but Denver's restaurant community has reached out to help.

"The outpouring from the community, our friends and family, our customers... has been so overwhelmingly amazing. So, we're very fortunate to have such a great community to be a part of here in Denver," said Joshua Pollack, owner of Rosenberg's.

On Sunday, the business opened a temporary site from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at The Source on Brighton Boulevard , where they sold some of their signature bagels and sandwiches. Some customers lined up early.

Pollack said he plans to reopen the original location, but that will take a couple of months time. He said he plans to have more pop-up days in the future, though it's not clear when or where, yet.
