Denver International Airport shut down for the first time in about a decade Wednesday. Some people slept there. Others stayed for all day, went home and returned Thursday morning to try again.
This is how everyone killed the time:

25 hours in the Denver airport and counting. #justwanttogethome

Stranded on a runway in a blizzard with a cabin full of exhaust with a failed engine being evacuated from the plane to sit in the terminal for a couple more hours and we're missing a day of vacation and four hours behind schedule and should already be in Cabo, not Denver, and might be spending the night here on an uncomfortable cot that the airport gives us with a dying phone and no Wifi at all. What else can go wrong? #NOOOOOOOOOO #ugh #nevergoingtogetthere #southwestfun #GETMEOUTOFHERE!!!
