BOULDER, Colo. — Boulder High School was put on lockdown briefly Friday morning following a robbery at a nearby Wells Fargo.
Boulder police took the suspect into custody after the robbery shortly after 9 a.m. Police identified him as 42-year-old Paul Berry.
Berry allegedly showed the teller at the bank a note demanding money and implied he had a weapon. He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash before police spotted and arrested him near 13th Street and University Avenue.
Officials lifted the lockdown after the incident. Berry will be charged with one count of aggravated robbery, police said.
