UPDATE on Sunday, March 31 at 11:48 a.m.: 11-year-old Jaylen has returned home, Aurora police say.

AURORA, Colo. – Police need your help to find a missing 11-year-old boy who was last seen around noon Saturday.

Eleven-year-old Jaylen ran away from the area of E. Iliff Ave and S. Vaughn Way and hasn’t been seen since.

He is 4-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. He has buzz cut hair and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with dark blue jeans, dark blue sneakers and a black backpack.

Police said his mother delayed reporting missing to police since she hoped he would return home, adding he is considered at-risk because of his age.

Please call your local police department if you see the child.
