WINDSOR, Colo. — Police in Windsor have arrested a 22-year-old homeless man on suspicion of sexual assault after the underage victim was found unresponsive in a museum bathroom.

Police say Daniel Mark Moos sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in the women’s restroom at the Fire Museum, 121 6th Street.

The teen was found unresponsive Monday afternoon inside the bathroom and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. She was later released.

Police say Moos was seen leaving the bathroom shortly before the victim was found.

Moos is being held on charges of sexual assault on a child.
