DENVER – The FBI is offering $2,000 to anyone who may have information about a man suspected of targeting five banks across the metro area within the past month.

The latest target was the US Bank located at 1927 S. Wadsworth in Lakewood, according to the Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force, which was hit on September 22 at around 2:16 p.m.

The suspect, pictured above, is believed to be the same person who robbed these other four banks between Aug. 21 and Sept. 21:

• Chase Bank: 3435 S. University Blvd. in Englewood on Aug. 21 at 12:19 p.m.
• US Bank: 101 Englewood Parkway in Englewood on Aug. 24 at 2:29 p.m.

• Chase Bank: 10404 Colorado Blvd. in Thornton on Sept. 21 at 10:25 a.m.

The so-called “Branded Bandit” is described as a white male in his 20’s to 30’s, approximately 5-fott-7 to 5-foot-9 in height, with a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a light blue button up shirt, black pants, black shoes with white soles, and a black face mask.

The FBI said the suspect presented a note and fled the bank on foot.

You are asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at (720) 913-7867 if you have any information that could lead to his arrest.
