On the evening of October 3, officers found the body of Andre Panuco-Herrera in the 1500 block of North St. Paul Street, near East Colfax Avenue.

Police have not released the homicide victim’s cause of death.

The man seen in surveillance image stills released Tuesday is not being called a suspect at this time. Police are only asking for help identifying him.
