DENVER — The Denver Police Department is investigating a double shooting that happened on the city’s east side Saturday afternoon.
The shooting occurred near Colorado Boulevard and 29th Avenue around 1:30 p.m., according to police.
Two people were shot and wounded in the incident. Both victims were transported to the hospital with what police said appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.
No other details, including suspect information, were provided. No arrests have been made.
