DENVER — Police in Denver have arrested a man in connection to early morning homicide in the city’s Athmar Park neighborhood Monday.
Brent Williams, 52, is being held for investigation of first degree murder in the shooting death of an adult male at a home in the 2100 block of West Center Avenue.
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Monday in the home where Williams lives, according to a release from the Denver Police Department.
Police say the relationship between the suspect and victim, whose name has not been released, and the circumstances to the shooting are being investigated.
A probable cause statement in the case has been sealed and a police say a booking photo will not be released at this time.
