BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — A 66-year-old man was arrested Sunday for allegedly brandishing a handgun at another driver who the suspect believed cut him off at a Costco gas line, according to a release from the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office and Louisville Police Department responded to the Costco at 600 Marshall Drive just before 5 p.m.

Deputies arrived and placed Mark Ponsor in custody for threatening another Costco patron with a handgun. The weapon was never fired, and no one was injured in the incident, deputies said.

Ponsor was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Boulder County Jail on the charge of felony menacing, the release read.
